Clean tile in pool / spa regularly

Vacuum and/or brush walls & floors

Test for iron, calcium hardness, TDS as needed

Check for broken skimmer lids and baskets

Remove and clean all pump pot baskets & skimmer baskets

Backwash filter system or clean cartridge filters as needed

Test Cyanuric Acid monthly

Remove grease buildup in skimmers

Check and set equipment for proper operation

Test GFCI pool & spa lights monthly

Test and adjust water chemicals for chlorine & alkaline residuals
